Is there any support for Artlantis at all?

I wouldn’t mind for a 99p game, but this cost me close to £500. I expect some level of support.
Its utter crap.
It’s funny because I might have considered Twinmotion - but considering the complete lack of support on Artlantis I find it very difficult to build a case for continuing to support Abvent in any way - if they’re going to leave their customers out to dry, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
well that is a shame I was looking at paying around 900 euros to buy myself a copy
but after testing it out at work, in comparison to artlantis 4 there seems to be so many things that have been removed
how do i turn on and off layers from archicad for example?

That’s right. One wonders why Abvent does not respond to this already longer lasting criticism. At some point they will realize that support is an important part of the business. Maybe it’s too late then.
