Update artlantis studio 6.5 to 7

This morning I bought the update of artlantis. But when I insert my serial number I get the message « License is invalid »
How come? Do I have a wrong serial number?

It is difficult to answer, we need more details…
Is it on Mac or Windows ?
First, you can keep both V6.5 and V7 installed and activated on the same machine.

What did you do ?
Uninstalled V6.5 and deactivate it ?
Did you install V7 and then activate it with the V7 Licence Manager ?
What is your serial number ? I could check if it is valid.
Could you also attach Artlantis log file, we might have some more info.

Can I contact you by mail? I do not think it’s a good idea to put my serial number on this forum.

I work with Mac. On my computer I have artlantis studio 6 and artlantis studio 6.5. Both activated with my serial number.

I have installed artlantis studio 7 and when I enter my serial number in the artlantis License Manager I get the message « License is invalid ».

For your information. If I deactivate artlantis studio 6.5 and reactivate it with the same serial number, there is no problem with the 6.5 version.

Where can I find the artlantis log file?

What does this mean?
I have no problems with artlantis 6.5

I have not received any emails when ordering and paying for the update.
But if I look at my profile on the Abvent site, I can see that payment is in order.

You are right about not sending the serial number !!
But did you receive a V7 serial number when you paid for the update ?
It is different from the V6 number that could be used with V6 and V6.5.
The V6 numbers for Artlantis Studio start with 1360
The V7 numbers for Artlantis Studio starts with 1370
