I had my work laptop stolen yesterday along with Sketchup, Render[in] and all my other software 
The good news is, I still have the original email with my Renderin license number. However, I can’t activate the software on my new laptop without deactivating the old one. Does anyone know of a way to deactivate the other license without having the old computer in my possession?
