Serial Numbers not activating

Hi

I have a new computer, and 2 serial numbers for Art Lantis 2021 - they will not activate! Please help!

Hey Tim

You need to deactivate the licence from the old computer before reactivating it on your new computer.
Hope this helps

The serial number beginning with 136011 is an Artlantis Studio 6.5 not Artlantis 2021. Have you emailed support@studiobase2.com

Hi Tim

You upgraded the Studio 6.5 to Artlantis 2021 on 4th September 2023. You should have an email from faCADe dated 8th September 2023.

If you can’t find it give me a call at the faCADe office.

I don’t think there is a future. Development has ceased and we can’t even get hold of the plugins from Studiobase2.
