Hi Tboy. I do that by bringing the complete model to the right height, for a swimming pool for instance bring the edge of the pool about 10cm or whatever heigt you like above the red and green axes. Then use the background water for rendering. When your sky is blue with some nice clouds in it it will render as a nice pool
