Render Manager, Shaders, and Exposure.

Hi guys,

    • I have an inconsistent shader in artlantis 6.5.2.12 vs render manager 6.5.2.12. some objects (atlo Files) change shaders betwen programs. Is this some kind of Bug or am i doing something wrong?

I’m using the Render manager with 1 node, like the old but loved Batch Render of ART6.

In Render Manager:

In Artlantis:

I know is a small thing (chair), but when rendering high volumes of image, is important to have correct shaders, i dont want to do it one by one
This happen to me only in atlo objects, and in diferent views.

Some info:

I’m using HDRI Background, Iso/Shutter Mode, 5 in evrything, Antialiasing 4x4, AO 30cm/0.15, white balance On in Auto and enchance background unchecked (too much noise in interiors).

  1. And some knows why when exposure is high colors tend to go neon instead of desaturated?, like the green in the background. I´m not sure but i think they should be like almost light green to white.

Edited in photoshop with mask, only in bright areas and how i think would be correct.

Thx

Hi,

About the chairs shader problem, we have encountered the same issue, it is a bug with some of the atlo files and the Render Manager.
Unfortunately we have not fixed it yet.
In the meantime, I could try fixing the file if you send me the atla via WeTransfer at sarrut@abvent.fr
If I can fix it I could explain you how to do it yourself on other objects.
But if you have this issue with a lot of objects it might not be what you are looking for…

Best regards.

Hi
If any image is different in any way, using the Render manager, that just makes it useless, end of story, I just can’t use it any more. Bring back the batch renderer it was great.

Hello,

Thanks for the input, I do agree with you especially if you are running Render Manager with only one client.
I will try my best to bring back the Batch Render.

Best regards,

Hello Siak,

Could you send me the atla of your file, it should help fix this shader bug, to have another example.

You can use WeTransfer and send it to sarrut@abvent.fr
Thanks,
