Render Manager problem two iMac

Hello!
I have 2 iMacs one the main is 27" 5K with i5 4 cores 3,8 GHz intel, 64GB rams and the other one is a 27" 5K with i9 10 cores 3,6 GHz intel, 128 GB rams. The Atlantis Render Manager isn’t working, just spins the rainbow. On the two iMac’s running the Atlantis 6.5.2.14. Please help me what’s the problem.
Thanks!

Hello,
Which OS are you running on those iMacs ?
Did you install the same version of the Client application on both iMacs ?
Do you see both clients in the Render Manager window ?
What kind of view are you rendering ? Perspective, Panorama, Animation, VROject, Parallel view ?
What size ?

Hello Camille!

Same specs, macOS Monterey 12.0.1 version.

Yes, same version of the Client app on both iMacs.

Yes, I can see both clients in the Render Manager window.

Still images, Perspectives.

The sizes 1920x1480 pixels, 300 dpi but I tested 960x740 pixels, 150 dpi too, but the problem is the same.

Plus I connected the iMacs with a Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) cable too.

Also problem that can’t recalculate the selected views, just show the white circle, can’t change white dot.

Thank you your help!

Hello,
Did you save your file as an Archive (atla) before adding the views to be rendered later ?
It looks like the file is an atl file not atla.
The Batch Render can work on « atl » files, but the Render Manager needs « atla » files.
Because the Render Manager sends the file across the network to the clients, it needs to have all the medias added to the Scene in the same file.
