Render Manager Animation

We are having an issue with the animations we are creating thru the Render Manager.
This last one we did rendered out +/-400 but when we open our AVI file its only the last 4 seconds or the animation.

I created a ticket on Tuesday the 13th, and sent my file; but I have not heard anything back.
Is there anyway to tell if someone is looking into this?

I checked our support data base and found your ticket #11359, I asked Ildiko to answer it.
I have downloaded your file, I will have a look at it.
Ildiko from the support team is going to ask you for the log files from Render Manager and all your clients.

which animation view did you render ?

I have rendered Animation_1, after removing all the geometry except the terrain, because the file was enormous and I only have 8Gb on both my machines…
The movie is 16s long…
I have used Render Manager on my Mac with one Mac client and one Windows 10 client.
Could you try to render the same animation with the same file I did and tell me if you still have the issue.
I will transfer the file by WeTransfer to meghanb@kwkarchitects.com, it is to big to upload it on the forum.

Are you using only Windows Machines or Mac or both ?
