I have sketchup 2017 mac sierra and install rendering 2017. all good but when I am performing the render it reaches 100% of stage 3 and it sticks and does not finish stage 4. help

Same problem on my Macbook pro, IMac ( Sketchup pro 2017 + macOS Sierra ) .
I opened a ticket on 12/01/2017 and no answer …
