I have requested support on this before with no reply. I am using Artlantis 6.5 with Mac OSX Hi Sierra. I create the postcard, save them to a folder, but they will not appear in the Postcard Viewing Panel. I have clicked the switch on and off that turns yellow. Nothing is working. This has not worked since I upgraded to 6.5
Also when I add lights, they are not showing up in viewer!
Why does this software constantly have so many problems operating properly?
Please let me know how to get these functions working. After buying upgrade after upgrade of this software since version 3. I am tired of paying for version after version that keeps breaking.

Sorry to hear you have trouble with version 6.5 on OS X 10.13.
I just made some test on OS X 10.13 with version 6.5.
I could create a postcard and see it in the postcard viewing panel.
Maybe the folder in which you saved the postcard is not in the list of the postcard viewing panel:
I created a light and could see it in Preview and 2D View.
Maybe the light group in which you added a light is not active for the current view.
First you need to create a light group and activate it for the current view
Then you add a light and you should see it in the list, the preview and the 2D View
Hope this will help you create and use a postcard and create and see a light.
