Hello, please help me with the noise problem as you can see on attached picture. I tried to reduce those noises in gimp, but they are to big. Also the shadows look like they were green 
I’d like the option of enhanced background to be turn on - i think it’s more realistic. Or maybe you can tell me some other settings? Please HELP…

Are you using an HDR image to light your scene , or you are just using Heliodon lighting ?
Also do you have Neon lighting ?
Which version of Artlantis are yo using ?
You can increase the Light sampling to 5
decrease the Material sampling to 2 or 3
decrease the precision to 3

Hello! I’m using both - heliodon and HDR to light the scene. There is no neon lightning. But i have already increase the Light sampling to 5 and decrease the Material sampling to 3. It really helped. Thank you
