Media Store can't downloaded

Hello. I don’t know how to dowloaded media after purchased.

How did you purchase the media ?
Did you purchase credits or Media ?
Was it from an Internet Explorer or Artlantis ?
If you purchase media from an Internet explorer, you need to Start Artlantis, then open the Artlantis Media Store by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the preview,

then search in « My Library »:

mylibrary_mediaStore

Then clic the « download » button, the media will be copied in your Library on your HDD.

You can then see it in the catalog and Drag it to your Scene.
You can also buy Media directly from the Media Store in Artlantis, just clic on the « Buy » button.

it closes my artlatis studio software once i click the download icon at MY LIBRARY. why?
