I did a format on my computer i then installed again Artlantis 2021. The problem is that i cant use my licence now because it is already active (i saw that in the licence page). Propably i should have deactivate the lisence before the format.
I have already sent email in the support team of Studio base 2 but didnt get an answer yet. Is there a way to deactivate it by myself?
