Hi everyone i’ve been trying to solve this problem fpr days, i’m getting this error message when i try to launch the Artlantis 2019 Setup, iv’e tried a lot of solutions found on the internet but still getting it, any ideas?

Problem solved, just update the windows 10 to the latest which is Build 1809.
