Hi all, I can’t seem to export to Sketchup from Artlantis 2019. Any ideas.?

Did you drop some 3D Grass shader in your scene ?
If so, remove the 3D Grass and try exporting again.
We have not updated the exporter for the 3D grass yet, because we had a compatibility problem with SketchUp, but we will update it for the next version of Artlantis.

Hi Camille, thanks for your reply. No I haven’t got 3d grass in the scene. I also did a test to delete all my objects and just export the raw scene and still that didn’t work. I also went back to Artlantis 6.5 and tried it from there but still no luck so now I’m thinking it my PC and not Artlantis which is also strange b’c it’s a new PC. I also reinstalled Artlantis. Is there a scripting file that I need to do this maybe.?

When you say the export does not work, you get an empty file or there is an error ?
Same thing here, export to Sketchup is not working, no file is created.

Do you have 3D Grass in the scene ? Do you have objects ?
I have tested with version 8.0.2.19251 on Mac and Windows and succeeded in both platform…
Did you test with different files ?
If I use simple scene everything is ok, but if I use real big project export to skp is not working, no file is created (no 3d grass in project).
Do you have 3D Plants in the big files ?
