I started using ARTLANTIS 2021 a few months ago and I encountered a connection problem with the mediastore. When I click on the icon with the shopping cart, a new window opens which however remains empty and white, not proceeding with the connection with the artlantis mediastore. I have no problems with the default media, it is loaded and usable, but only with access to the mediastore. I already contacted the support, but despite all the indications, including configuring the exception of some artlantis folders from the work of the antivirus, I still cannot access the mediastore. Anyone already had the same problem and know how to fix it? Thank you
