Which version of Artlantis are you using ?
Which rendering parameters are you using ?
Do you use HDRI lighting ?
If you want you can save your file as an Archive (.atla) , zip it and send it to me via WeTransfer to sarrut@abvent.fr, I will check and let you know what to do.
