Broken hard drive and deactivating license

Hello,
Recently I experienced rather unpleasant failure or my hard drive. I had student version of Artlantis 6.0 installed on it as as you imagine I wasn’t able to deactivate it. Obviously upon trying to install Artlantis 6.5 on my new disc, I wan’t able to activate my license and so I tried to contact international support through the website, I ended up getting no response (presumably because I’m a student and not regular customer) and I wonder if there’s anything I can do about this situation. Is there any way to deactivate my license online? Or maybe get in touch with someone who can do it for me so I can keep using Artlantis during my studies? Thank you all in advance for any help. Maybe someone out there was in similar situation before?
