does anyone know what the problem is with some billboards that makes them appear cut to a triangle? And how to avoid this?

which version of Artlantis are you using ?
We fixed this issue in Artlantis 2019 (version 8.0.2.21219 released December 11, 2019)
Did you convert old BB from V4 version ?
