Artlantis cannot be opened

Hello team,

I have the following problem:
the Artlantis (2021, new installed) Program cannot be opened.

When I try to open Artlantis (2021) the «artlantis picture» appears – and the sandglass runs and runs, … but nothing happens… At least I need to press key combination Strg+Alt+Delete to continue…

Can you give me support please ?
This never happened before – I work with Artlantis for years very successfully.
