artlantis 7 don't open export from revit 2019

i exported an model from revit 2019 with the artlantis plugin.

a third person has artlantis 7.0 and can’t open the file. the exported file is to new? on the website i see the notice that it is an export from revit to artlantis 65. 70 and 2019. do i mis an configuration somewhere?

To export to Artlantis 7 from Revit 2019, you need to choose Artlantis 6.5 & 7 format in the Export dialog:
