When saving an .obj or .fbx file to an ‹ artlantis object document › it is now saving as .oaf instead of an .atlo file, this is a big problem as an oaf file does not include materials. Also I am having problems saving older files, their file location seems to change.

Thanks for reporting the bug.
But Artlantis 6.5.2.14 is saving the object as an atlo + a jpg it is just the window title on Mac that displays an aof extension.
When saving as atlo, there is a temporary folder created by Artlantis that contain an aof, but the folder is deleted when closing the document.
We have fixed this issue, it will be available in the next release.
