I am new to this forum so I am sorry in advance if this issue has been already discussed, could not find any similar topic
I keep getting jagged edges on renderings even with antialiasing being set to High, what else could a person try to solve this?

Which version are you using? Render a larger image if your antialiasing set to high already.
Its Artlantis 5 now
Even if I switch to 3600x2400 lines are still the same 
Could you attach Artlantis rendering , the image you attached seems to be a screenshot of the preview.
There is no anti-aliasing in the preview, the anti-aliasing is done in final rendering only.
