Artlantis 21 License-problems / ArchiCAD 26

Hello,

The support team mentioned that my old license number was valid for Artlantis 2020. However, as I work with ArchiCAD 26 and can only save my file from the 3D window in Artlantis 21, not in 20. So I had to purchase a new license for Artlantis 21. I received this new license number from them.

Unfortunately, Artlantis 21 still cannot be opened with this license. It shows as « invalid ».

I have paid 330 € and still cannot work.

Please help me solve this issue now. Do they need to activate the license first?

Or do I neet do download somethine?

you were trying to activate Artlantis 2021 with an Artlantis 2020 licence !

You must install the medias catalog after installing the applications
