Thanks for you answer. There is no error reporter cash log , artlantis just freeze and the color wheel start to turn as soon as I want to move the camera.
I am using:
(Retina 5K, 27 pouces, 2019)
3,1 GHz Intel Core i5 6 cœurs
8 Go 2667 MHz DDR4
Radeon Pro 575X 4 Go
Artlantis 2020
sketchup 2018 model.

I found a way to do it. When I open a sketch modèle before moving the camera or do any change:
1 save it as artlantis file,
2 close it
3 open the new artlantis file
4 done, I can work on it…

In the meantime I installed Big Sur on an external DD and also had a freeze when moving the camera, it seemed to freeze when using auto-switch (ie: switching from openGL to preview mode).
I have turned off auto-switch and now it does not freeze. I displayed the preview in openGL and then turn on auto-switch and it does not freeze anymore.
I suppose it is a problem of openGL initialization on Big Sur, we will try to fix it…

I have Artlantis 2020 single license. Is it compatible with macOS Big Sur 11.3? May I update my operating system from macOS 10.15 to macOS 11.3? If I understand wright I can solve possible problems whith openGL initialisation.

I have just tested Artlantis 2020.0.3.25658 (latest version) on macOS Big Sur 11.4 and everything was fine.
So you can safely update from macOS 10.15 to 11.4.
Just make sure to have the latest version of Artlantis 2020.
