I am running Artlantis v6.5.2.11， and when I launch the 2D view function, the 2D view toolbar area became black (see the attached photo , the red line area ).
But the 2D view function are still there and workable (when I move the mouse onto
the black area, and click, 2D view function seems workable).
Please help me how can I solve this issue.
Because the 2D view toolbar area become the black color, I cannot see any 2D
view function there.

I have the same issue in Artlantis Render version 6.5.2.14. Oldier versions was OK.
Graphics card drivers are latest, reinstall doesn’t solve it.

I have been working on this issue, the problem is that we do not have a machine showing it… It seems to happen only on laptops and the dev team does not have one…
We have someone from Abvent in Budapest with the issue and I am sending her versions printing informations to try to understand what is happening with the Nvidia video card… Not an easy debugging process…
Her machine is a laptop with 2 cards
Graphic Card [0] Name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M
She tried to launch Artlantis using only the Intel® HD Graphics 4600 and the Black Box Problem disappeared, but the application was very slow…
Are you all using a laptop with two video cards ?
Could you tell me which card you have, the best would be to attach the Artlantis log file, it contains your configuration.
